We’re excited to welcome Lilla Petroczki, Director in the Portfolio Research Group within the BlackRock Investment Institute, as our featured speaker for our upcoming private economic and market briefing.

During this session, Lilla will share BlackRock’s current outlook on the economy and financial markets, including where they are seeing opportunities and how they believe portfolios should be positioned in today’s environment.

The discussion will cover several key themes, including the continued investment opportunity surrounding artificial intelligence, power, semiconductors, data centers, and infrastructure. Lilla will also discuss the renewed role of income-producing investments, opportunities in short-duration bonds and selective credit, and why traditional diversification strategies may need to evolve.

Lilla joined BlackRock in 2018 after beginning her career in academia, where she taught numerical mathematics and probability while completing her PhD studies at the University of Innsbruck. Prior to her academic career, she was a professional athlete and qualified for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics.
