Remembering Christine Turner
Christine was much more than a valued member of our team. For nearly six years, she served as both a Client Service Specialist and Financial Advisor, bringing genuine care, dedication, and deep professional expertise to everything she did. To many of our clients, she was a familiar voice and a trusted source of support. To us, she was a colleague and friend who could always be counted on.
The Christine We Knew
Christine absolutely loved her cats and animals. They were such an important part of her life that they often joined our meetings, too. During a Zoom call, one of her cats might walk past, its fluffy tail covering the camera, or settle on her desk, making it difficult for her to see the screen. She also loved sharing pictures and updates from her daughter Shelby, a zoologist, about the latest animal in her care. From time to time, Christine would even share a live wildlife camera with us and keep us updated on what she was watching.
We will remember her wonderful sense of humor and the laughter she brought to our days. Christine was also thoughtful in all the small, everyday ways that matter. Whenever office schedules changed, she made sure to send a reminder the night before, especially to those of us she knew might otherwise forget. It became one of those little routines that showed how well she knew us and how quietly she looked out for others.
Then there were her stories. Just as a staff or administrative meeting was about to conclude, Christine would often find a way to share one more story or memory. Those moments brought warmth and personality to our meetings and became part of what made our time with her so memorable.
We are grateful for the relationships Christine built, the care she showed others, and the difference she made in the lives of our clients and everyone on our team. We will miss her dearly.
Our thoughts are with her husband, Jim, her children, Shelby and Ryan, and all of Christine’s family and friends. We hope you will join us in remembering Christine with warmth and gratitude and celebrating the remarkable person she was.
