Experience & Background
I serve as the Client Service Specialist for Nathan Truax, supporting Continuum Consulting Group clients throughout their journey with our firm. In my role, I help clients with onboarding, online account access, transaction requests, and review meetings, ensuring details are handled and the process is smooth and approachable. I bring a unique blend of executive assistant experience, non-profit work, marketing, and public speaking to my work at CCG.
Before joining CCG, I served as Executive Assistant to the Chief Development Officer at Olive Crest, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children in the foster care system. I also supported the executive leadership team by preparing weekly executive reports, monthly budgets, and quarterly meetings. As part of the fundraising efforts, I was privileged to help raise millions of dollars to support the children and families Olive Crest serves.
Approach to Client Service
My background as a Certified Life Coach and inspirational speaker has taught me the power of listening deeply and communicating with clarity and compassion. Every client interaction is an opportunity to encourage, support, and bring a sense of calm to what can feel overwhelming. Whether I’m helping with paperwork, online access, or meeting preparation, my goal is for clients to feel seen, respected, and genuinely cared for.
Outside the Office
I continue my passion for personal and leadership development. I host “My Victory Podcast,” created to inspire and motivate women in their own growth journeys. I’ve spent over 15 years speaking on personal and leadership development, drawing on both my communication skills and my heart for helping others grow. I’ve also performed on stage as a singer/songwriter for nearly 30 years, giving me countless opportunities to connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
Fun Fact
One of my favorite life experiences was appearing on American Idol in 2002 and standing on stage in Hollywood alongside Kelly Clarkson and Justin Guarini as one of ten contestants who flew in from Texas. It’s a memory that still reminds me to be brave, step out, and use my voice.
