Experience & Background

I joined Continuum Consulting Group in March 2018 as Administrative Practice Leader. In my role, I’m responsible for client service and operations, helping ensure that our day-to-day processes run smoothly and that clients feel supported at every step. I’ve spent more than fifteen years in the financial services, insurance, and mortgage industries, working with companies such as Word & Brown and Sterling Casualty Insurance Company. Over the years, I’ve earned my property & casualty license (1998) and my real estate license (2014), and I've also served as a notary. I completed my Associate’s Degree at Santiago Canyon College.

Approach to Client Service

With every role I’ve held, one thing has stayed constant: a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. I’m detail-oriented, organized, and focused on follow-through, which helps clients feel confident that their requests, paperwork, and next steps are being handled. Whether I’m coordinating with advisors, preparing documents, or helping a client with logistics, my goal is to make the process feel smooth, precise, and well-supported.

Outside the Office

I enjoy hiking with my dogs, Rocky and Buddy, taking road trips, and photographing the places I visit. I’m also an avid Dodgers fan and love getting to a few games each year. I’m a proud mom of two sons serving in the United States military.

Fun Fact

I’ve visited more than 13 countries and 22 U.S. states so far, and I don’t plan to stop until I’ve seen all 50. I can also count to seven in five different languages (for reasons even I’m not entirely sure of), and one of my next goals is to learn sign language.
